Kabras RFC remain top of the summit in the 2025/2026 Kenya Cup standings after Week 4, maintaining a perfect record to sit top on points difference.
The Sugarmen have been ruthless in attack and watertight in defence, continuing to set the pace for the rest of the league. Menengai Oilers stay second, level on points with Kabras, and equally unbeaten. The Nakuru-based side have matched the leaders stride for stride and remain very much in the title conversation as the season gathers momentum.

KCB Rugby complete an unchanged top three, also boasting four wins from four outings. The bankers remain consistent ensuring the early frontrunners maintain a firm grip on the standings.
KU Blak Blad sit fourth after recording three wins from four matches. The students remain well placed in the playoff positions and continue to show steady growth.
Nondescript RFC occupy fifth spot, having secured two wins so far. The Ngong Road side have shown flashes of quality but will be keen to tighten up if they are to break into the top four.
Strathmore Leos are sixth, level on wins with Nondies but held back by an inferior points difference. The students have been competitive but inconsistency has seen them drop crucial points.

Kenya Harlequin slot into seventh, with two wins and two losses. Quins remain within touching distance of the playoff places, though they will be looking to build momentum in the coming rounds.
Nakuru RFC sit eighth, just above the relegation battle. With only one win to their name, the side will be eager to create breathing space as the season progresses.
Impala RFC are ninth but crucially remain outside the relegation zone. Despite a challenging start and a heavy points deficit, the Gazelles have managed to stay afloat and will be targeting a climb up the table.
MMUST find themselves in tenth position, still winless after three matches. The university side are outside the relegation zone and under pressure to turn performances into points.
Daystar Falcons drop to eleventh and deeper into danger. With no wins so far, Daystar are firmly in the relegation zone and facing an uphill task to secure top-flight survival.
Kisumu RFC prop up the standings in 12th place after four straight defeats. Rooted to the bottom, the lakeside outfit will need a swift turnaround to revive their campaign.
