KCB Rugby II produced an impressive attacking display to thrash Strathmore Leos II 83–21. Kenya Harlequins II narrowly overcame Nondescripts II in a tight contest, winning 20–19 in a thrilling match.
KU BlakBlad II recorded a 28–0 walkover against Daystar Falcons II, getting maximum points without playing due to the Falcons being unable to field a side.

Menengai Oilers II delivered a dominant performance, overwhelming Kisumu RFC II 104–12, showing remarkable attacking depth and fitness.
Nakuru RFC II were also awarded a 28–0 walkover against MMUST II, progressing in the league due to the opposition not being able to compete.
