Nakuru RFC change 3 for Nondies match

Nakuru RFC have made three changes ahead of Nondies match slated for Racecourse Ngong road on Saturday.

Enoch Obae and Graham Shimon are back in the starting squad while Boniface Masharia will come off the bench.

Utility forward Bradford Khalumi gets his first start. He’ll play alongside the ever-present and experienced hooker Emmanuel Mboya and Utility forward Caleb Malemo in the front row.

Enoch Obae and Kenya 7s player Felix Okoth will be the locks.

Former Kenya Under-20 player Josephat Njunye and Ike Amaya will be the flankers, while Derrick Sore will get his second start of the season as the last man on the scrum.

Youngster Josephat Karanja gets his first start and will be assisted by Joel Mboya in the playmaking role as the scrum half and fly half, respectively.

EDITOR’S PICKS:

Kevin Kioko and  Shimon will be the midfielders as the inside and outside centres, respectively.

The back three will have Kenya 7s player Chrisant Ojwang as the blind winger, Youngster James Thiong’o as the open side winger and former Kenya Under 20 and Morans player Javan Otieno as the full back.

Nakuru will be eyeing to record their first win of the season against Nondies this weekend. They are currently in position eight with 1 point.
