The 2025/26 Kenya Cup table is beginning to take shape after two rounds, with four sides maintaining perfect starts to the season.
Menengai Oilers, Kabras Sugar, KCB Rugby and Strathmore Leos all sit jointly at the top with 10 points each, separated only by points difference.
Kenya Cup lead
Oilers lead the standings after posting an impressive 173 points and conceding just 22 in their opening two fixtures, giving them a massive +151 point difference.
Kabras Sugar follow closely with +119, while KCB Rugby sit third on +113 after equally dominant showings. Strathmore Leos complete the group of unbeaten sides with a +4 differential.

Kenya Harlequin are fifth with 9 points after collecting two wins but missing out on one bonus point along the way. Nondescript RFC sit sixth with 6 points following a win and one losing bonus.
KU Blak Blad are seventh on five points, having managed a victory and a losing bonus point. Nakuru RFC, in eighth, have a single point from two defeats.
Kisumu RFC, MMUST, Daystar Falcons and Impala RFC are yet to pick up any points after tough starts to their campaigns.
