The Kenya Lionesses technical bench has unveiled a 13-player squad for the upcoming Rugby Africa Women 7s, featuring four changes from the team that took part in the Safari 7s tournament.
Head Coach Simon Odongo has retained the core of the side but introduced new faces and strategic adjustments as the Lionesses gear up for continental duty.
