After the break, Mwamba continued their dominance, with Captain Atieno scoring two more tries in quick succession to complete her hat-trick. Although both conversions missed the target, Mwamba’s control of the game remained unshaken at 36-5.
Substitute Linet Moraa came off the bench to seal the victory with the final try of the game, capping off a 41-5 triumph for Mwamba RFC.
The win sees Mwamba advance to the Impala Floodlit final, where they will be aiming to lift yet another piece of silverware.
