Title-chasing Walukuba Barbarians and Buffaloes kicked off their Buffalo 7s campaign with dominant wins at Kyadondo Grounds on Saturday.
Walukuba Barbarians opened their account in style, cruising to a 38-0 victory over Entebbe Jaguars to collect three points in their group.
Hosts Buffaloes followed suit with a 22-0 win over Mukono Hawks, scoring four tries with one conversion to secure maximum points.

Heathens and Black Pirates also made strong starts, registering 36-5 and 34-12 victories over Kyambogo and Juba Eagles respectively.
Elsewhere, Hippos handed KOBs a 26-7 defeat, while Rhinos edged Rams 12-5 in the other opening-round fixtures.
