The Kenya Rugby Union (KRU) confirmed the development through their official platforms following the conclusion of the National 7s Circuit.
“Congratulations to Smith Muhoya of @jkuatcougarsrfc on his World Rugby Level Two 7s coaching accreditation,” KRU announced.
Muhoya, a former KCB Rugby fly-half, previously won the Kenya Cup and the Eric Shirley Shield with the bankers before transitioning into coaching.
The Union also announced that MKU Nairobi coach Stephen Oluoch has attained the same Level Two coaching accreditation.
“Congratulations to Stephen Oluoch, who is currently coaching MKU Nairobi, on his World Rugby Level Two 7s coaching accreditation,” the Union posted.
