The penultimate round of the Kabeberi 7s tournament concluded with standout players being recognized for their outstanding performances.
Victor Mola continued his impressive run in the National 7s Circuit, scoring 10 tries in the tournament despite his team falling in the semifinals and eventually finishing fourth.

His tally was the highest in the competition, adding to the eight tries he had registered across the previous three legs.
With the 10 tries translating into 50 points, Mola scooped both the Top Try Scorer and Top Points Scorer awards, adding to his growing list of accolades this season.
KCB Rugby dominated the main division awards as Vincent Onyala was named the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the tournament, while captain Bob Muhati walked away with the Player of the Final award after inspiring his side to victory.
In Division Two, Zetech Oaks’ Brian Ondego was recognized as the MVP, while Anderson Oduor claimed both the Top Try Scorer (9 tries) and Top Points Scorer (45 points) awards after an outstanding run.

The Women’s category also had its share of brilliance, with Mwamba RFC’s Edith Nariaka finishing the circuit as the Top Try Scorer (25 tries) and Top Points Scorer (125 points).
She capped off her campaign by scoring the decisive try that handed Mwamba the Kabeberi 7s title, earning her the Player of the Final award. Her teammate, Christabel Wafula, was named the MVP of the tournament.
Naomi Amuguni also made her mark in the women’s category, finishing with 10 tries and 50 points to walk away with both the Top Try Scorer and Top Points Scorer awards at Kabeberi.
