The Kabeberi 7s will entered an exciting phase on Sunday as the pool matches wrapped up, setting the stage for thrilling knockout battles on the second day at RFUEA Grounds in Nairobi.
Defending champions KCB Rugby showed their consistency throughout the pool stage. The bankers, who have established themselves as one of the most formidable sides on the 2025 National 7s Circuit, topped their group and will now face off against Mwamba RFC.

Kabras RFC also lived up to expectations, producing solid performances to finish at the summit of their pool.
The sugar men will square off with Catholic Monks, a team that has turned heads with their resilience and ability to challenge more established clubs.
Strathmore Leos, who continue to impress on the sevens scene, sealed a top finish in their pool and set up a quarterfinal showdown with Mombasa RFC. Mombasa will be appearing in the quarters for the first time this season.
Daystar Falcons are another side that enjoyed a strong day one showing. The university outfit clinched top spot in their pool and will now take on Menengai Oilers in the quarterfinals.
In the Challenge Trophy bracket, Nakuru RFC will battle Impala RFC in a tie that pits two experienced clubs against each other.

Homeboyz RFC will take on Embu RFC in another highly anticipated tie, with Homeboyz determined to re-establish themselves as a force on the circuit while Embu aim to continue their fairytale run.
Kenya Harlequin will face Mean Machine in an encounter that brings together Nairobi-based rivals. Quins will be desperate to bounce back after falling short of Cup qualification, while Machine will be looking to prove their mettle against a more experienced opponent.
Kisumu RFC will also be in action in the Challenge Trophy as they take on Embu RFC, who secured a place in the knockout phase following a spirited day one display.
