Kabras RFC have named their squad that will travel to Njukiiri for the Embu 7s scheduled for Saturday and Sunday.
The squad features the introduction of exciting prospect Rayvonne Ambale.
Ambale, a former Butula star and KSSSA MVP, is a Kabras RFC academy product who has spent the last two years in the United Kingdom where he represented Bryanston School and trained with the Bath Academy.
The teenager, who played a key role in Kabras’ maiden Great Rift 10s triumph last year, makes a return to the squad for the first time since that tournament and is set for his 7s debut.
Also returning is Biden Hayo, however, the side will miss the services of Griffin Chao and Jone Kubu, who featured in the Christie 7s.

Jone Kubu, who featured in the Christie 7s is serving a one-week suspension after the Judicial Panel ruled him out for accumulating three temporary suspensions (yellow cards) across matches, with the ban equating to one match in the Sevens format.
Experienced trio Patrick Sabatia, Brian Tanga, and Derrick Ashihundu have been retained for their second outing.
Head coach Marlin Mukolwe will be keen to guide the side back to winning ways after an underwhelming run at the Christie 7s, where Kabras missed out on the quarterfinals for the first time in over two seasons. They are drawn against varsity sides Daystar Falcons, Strathmore, and Impala.
