2025 Embu 7s Division 2 pools released

Pools for the 2025 Embu 7s Division Two have been confirmed ahead of the tournament set for 23rd and 24th August at the ASK Showgrounds, Njukiini.

The draw has attracted a competitive field of clubs and universities as they battle for promotion and national sevens circuit points.

Western Bulls are set for their first outing in the second tier as they headline Pool E alongside Makueni RFC, Chuka University, and Jackals.

Embu 7s Div 2 for Blad

KU Blak Blad, who were relegated from the top tier and missed out on an invite to Division One, will feature in Division Two for the second time. They are pooled in Group D with Kabrak University, Murang’a Trojans, and MKU Thika.

Two-time National Sevens Circuit champions Homeboyz RFC are also set for their fourth appearance in Division Two.

The Deejays headline Pool B where they will face Northern Suburbs, JKUAT Cougars, and Nyeri Polytechnic.

Pool A features AP Warriors, Tum Marines, Dedan Marshals, and KCA University, while Pool C has Kiambu Rugby, NYS Spades, Kirinyaga Stallions, and Jeremiah Nyaga TTC.
