The FEASSSA Rugby 15s and 7s matches entered the third day with All Saints Embu and Upper Hill securing wins in the longer version, while Bwake and Koyonzo bagged two wins in the shorter version at the Bull Ring.
In the 15s, All Saints came from behind to edge Kisii School 13-10 in the opening match of the day. Kisii looked dominant early on, landing the opening try and converting for a 7-3 lead. They later pinned All Saints in their half but failed to extend the advantage.
FEASSSA Rugby Comeback
All Saints trimmed the gap with a penalty before Kisii responded with a long-range kick to stretch the lead to 10-3. In the final half, All Saints’ patience paid off as a late converted try tied the scores at 10-10. A final penalty sealed the narrow win for the Embu side.
Elsewhere, Kings College and Upper Hill were dominant, with Kings defeating Busoga 37-8 while Upper Hill thrashed Namilyango College 37-0. The result marked a strong comeback for Upper Hill after their Saturday loss to Vihiga.

In the 7s, Kenyan champions Koyonzo registered a massive 47-0 win over Rwanda’s Gitisi before rallying to secure a 12-12 draw against Bungoma High. Bungoma had earlier kicked off their campaign with a convincing 26-0 win over St. Mary’s College Kisubi (Uganda).
Bwake enjoyed a superb day, hammering Makerere 47-0 before overwhelming Gitisi 57-0. Koyonzo also maintained their winning streak, while Joga ended their poor run by edging Kenyan champions Kinale with a solitary try.
