Christie 7s defending champions Kabras RFC have recalled five Kenyan internationals ahead of the tournament set for RFUEA Grounds on Saturday and Sunday.
One of the longest-serving and most experienced members of the squad, Brian Tanga, has been recalled after missing the opening two legs due to international assignments with Kenya Simbas.
Kabras RFC receive Tanga boost
It will be his first appearance in the National 7s Circuit since the 2024 Dala 7s, where he picked up an injury that ruled him out of the final legs of the campaign.
Also making his return is Jone Kubu, who recently made his World 7s Series debut with Kenya 7s. Kubu, like Tanga, sat out the previous legs following Kenya Simbas duty.
Patrick Lumumba, who enjoyed a stellar 15s season, Derrick Ashiundu, and Griffin Chao have also been drafted in after featuring for the Simbas.

William Mwanji, Brian Mutua, Jackson Siketi, Jacktone Osoo, Roy Maruti, and Eric Cantona have been retained from the first two outings, while Mike Lukusi returns to the squad after missing the Prinsloo 7s.
The Sugarmen will be aiming to defend the title they won in 2024 and revive their National 7s Circuit title hopes. Kabras RFC currently sit fifth on the standings after failing to impress in Nakuru during the Prinsloo 7s.
