Blak Blad have named their squad for this weekend’s Christie 7s, set for August 16–17 at RFUEA Grounds, with Derrick Masese making a return to the side.
The Kenyatta University outfit, fresh from winning the Division Two title at the Prinsloo 7s earlier this month to earn promotion to the top tier, will now battle it out in Pool D alongside heavyweights KCB Rugby, Mwamba RFC, and Nondies.
They have made four changes to the squad that clinched the Prinsloo 7s Division Two title with Derrick Masese returns to the lineup after missing the Nakuru leg.
Derrick Masese, Rodgers Okoth, Benjamin Rugar, and Obukwa Otindo come in, replacing Mulongo Meja, Winston Ayieko, Odhiambo Dennis, and Nyabuto Derrick from the Prinsloo 7s Division Two-winning squad.
