Nakuru RFC head coach Oscar Ouma has made a single change to his squad ahead of the Prinsloo 7s set for 2nd and 3rd August 2025.
Following a fourth-place finish at last weekend’s Driftwood 7s, Nakuru will head into the upcoming tournament with Habakkuk Ouma replacing James Thiong’o as the only change to the team.

Kenya 7s international and Nakuru’s top try-scorer, Christant Ojwang, will once again captain the side.
He will be assisted by Kenya Morans duo Felix Okoth and Javan Otieno.
The forwards for the weekend include Wilson Makete, Josephat Njunye, Victor Matiko, Enoch Obae, Edwin Anunda, and Derrick Sore.

The backline features Joel Okeyo, Boneventure Opande, and Nakuru’s top point-scorer Cyprian Ombaso.
Nakuru have been placed in Pool A alongside Kenya Harlequins, Stallions, and Mombasa RFC.
They will kick off their campaign against Stallions, followed by matches against Mombasa RFC and Kenya Harlequins.
