The stage is set for the second leg of the 2025 National Sevens Circuit, the Prinsloo 7s, with the Division Two pools officially confirmed ahead of the tournament set for August 2–3 at the Nakuru Athletic Club.
A total of 20 teams have been drawn into five pools as they prepare to battle it out for points and promotion.
Pool A features a competitive lineup with KU Blak Blad, Molo RFC, NYS Spades fresh off a strong showing in Driftwood 7s and MKU Nairobi.
Pool B brings together Embu RFC, Project 61 TENP, Makueni RFC, and Northern Suburbs in what promises to be a closely contested group.
Pool C sees AP Warriors grouped with Nandi Bears, Mean Machine, and Kisii Polytechnic.

Pool D includes Homeboyz RFC alongside Eldoret RFC, MKU Thika, and Kenya Prisons.
Pool E has Kabarak University, Egerton Wasps, Jackals, and KCA University.
The Prinsloo 7s will be the second of six legs in the 2025 National Sevens Circuit, following a dramatic opening round at the Driftwood 7s in Mombasa.
All eyes will now turn to Nakuru as teams fight for crucial points in pursuit of the overall Division two crown.
