The 2025 Driftwood 7s Division II entered day two with Makueni RFC, NYS Spades, Zetech Oaks and Mean Machine confirming their places in the semis.
In the Challenge Trophy quarterfinals, KCA University set the tone early, bouncing back from group-stage struggles to defeat Vihiga Granites 24–7.
Kisumu RFC followed suit with a dominant 44–12 win over North Coast Stormers. Jackals, having narrowly missed Cup qualification, kept their campaign alive by shutting out Northern Suburbs 12–0, while South Coast Pirates edged past Likoni Rugby 7–5 in a tightly contested clash.
KCA University will now face Kisumu RFC, while Jackals are set to meet South Coast Pirates in the Challenge Trophy semifinals.

In the main Cup quarterfinals, unbeaten pool leaders AP Warriors were stunned by Makueni RFC, who secured a 12–5 victory. NYS Spades continued their ruthless march with a 29–5 demolition of MKU Thika.
Zetech Oaks recorded a 26–12 win over Homeboyz RFC, and Mean Machine shut out Embu RFC 15–0 in the final quarterfinal.
Makueni RFC will face NYS Spades, while Zetech Oaks take on Mean Machine in the Cup semifinals.
