Kabarak include 3 new signings in squad for Driftwood 7s

Kabarak University rugby has confirmed their squad for the 2025 Driftwood 7s, the opening leg of the National Sevens Circuit, scheduled for Saturday and Sunday at Mombasa Sports Club.

The team, coached by Leo Ngetich, will feature three new signings, including Collins Okoth, who is one of six players that joined Kabarak from Menengai Oilers in the recently concluded transfer window.

The other two new faces included in the squad are Reuben Konga and Teddy Wachira, both of whom are expected to bolster the side in the competition.

Aden Noor will captain the team in Mombasa, with the squad featuring Teddy Agutu, Adrian Otut, and Mwangi Anthony.

Griffins Andalia, V. Nderithu, Bradford Khalumi, Mike Maina, J. Machuka, and I. Mutunga are also part of the squad.

Kabarak have been placed in Division One Pool D, which promises tough competition. They will face Menengai Oilers, Strathmore Leos, and Stallions Rugby as they battle for a spot in the knockout rounds.
