KCB Rugby have announced the opening for the Team Manager role as the 2025/26 season begins with the National 7s Circuit.
The role requires an individual who will provide strategic leadership and manage the KCB Rugby Team effectively, ensuring alignment with the Club Committee’s direction while maintaining high standards in team management, player registration, and compliance. The Team Manager will also work closely with the KCB Bank Marketing department.

Key responsibilities include ensuring timely and accurate registration of all players and maintaining up-to-date records, coordinating and overseeing all travel and accommodation arrangements for the team, and supervising team training and matches to foster a competitive and supportive environment.
Other duties will involve managing all team apparel and playing equipment, representing the team at relevant meetings and addressing issues during matches, preparing and monitoring the team budget in line with the approved financial plan, and liaising with both the Club and KCB Bank to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.

The new Team Manager will take over from Priscilla Amollo Ong’ombe, whose contract has come to an end.
