KCB Rugby have completed the signing of Kenya U20 and Kabras RFC promising winger Branton Lusisa in the recently concluded transfer window.
Lusisa, a former Koyonzo Secondary School star, spent last season on loan at Kisumu RFC where he played a key role in helping the team retain their Kenya Cup status.

His impressive performances earned him a call-up to the Kenya U20 squad that finished second at the Barthés Trophy tournament held in Zimbabwe earlier this year.

He now joins KCB’s already competitive back three, which features seasoned players such as veteran Jacob Ojee, Austin Sikutwa, Festus Shiasi, Floyd Wabwire, William Opaka, and Michael Wekesa.
The Bankers have also secured the services of Joseph Wanjala, another player from Kabras RFC. The former St. Joseph Kitale student, like Lusisa, spent the previous season on loan at Kisumu RFC as a back rower and was instrumental in their survival campaign.
He narrowly missed out on a place in the U20 squad due to travel documentation issues.

KCB have further strengthened their squad with the addition of centre Ian Oduor from MMUST, lock John Aswani from Strathmore Leos, and hooker Mike Tyrell Oduor from Daystar Falcons.

Also joining the Ruaraka-based side are Hafidh Mohammed (from South Coast Pirates), Melvin Mweresa, Clyde Kimaya and Kelvin Ochieng (from Northern Suburbs).
Additionally, Steven Osumba is set to return to KCB from Strathmore Leos.
