The 2025 Prescott Cup is set for a grand finale on Saturday, June 28th, at the RFUEA Grounds in Nairobi, following today’s semifinals.
After weeks of intense regional contests, the top-seeded schools advanced directly to the semifinals under the tournament’s revised format.
In the Prescott Cup Boys’ Final, Kisii School will face off against St. Patrick’s Iten in a much-anticipated clash at 1:00 PM. Kisii sealed their place with a solid 15-03 victory over Rift Valley Academy, while St. Patrick’s outclassed WAA High School with a convincing 23-03 win.
The Prescott Girls’ Final, scheduled for 12:00 PM, will see Kinale Girls take on St. Teresa’s Girls. Both sides were in dominant form in their semifinal matches — Kinale thrashed Mawego Girls 62-00, while St. Teresa’s eased past Paul Harris 48-15.

The day will also feature the Father Caffrey Trophy Final at 11:00 AM, with Lenana School set to battle Butula Boys in another exciting boys’ contest. This parallel contest features the second-placed teams from each region who earned their spot in the semifinals under the tournament’s updated structure.
Earlier in the day, the third-place playoffs will get things underway. At 9:00 AM, Paul Harris will play Mawego Girls for Girls’ 3rd Place, followed by WAA High School versus Rift Valley Academy for the Boys’ 3rd Place at 10:00 AM.
