Pools for the 2025 Western region boys rugby 7s have been released ahead of the competition set to be staged in Kakamega county.
The competition, which features top-performing schools from Busia, Vihiga, Kakamega, and Bungoma counties, brings together 16 schools drawn from the recent concluded county 7s competitions, with each of the four counties being represented by four teams.
PoolA brings together Koyonzo from Kakamega, Vihiga’s Senende, Bungoma High, and Mundika.

Pool B sees Vihiga County champions Chavakali face off against Friends School Kamusinga (FSK), Busia County champions Butula, and Vihiga High School.
Pool C features St. Peter’s Mumias, Kibabii, Kegoye, and Kolanya while Pool D will see the 2025 Kakamega County finalists Musingu high school and Kakamega High go head-to-head alongside Kapsokwony and Nambale.
