Heathens Rugby reach agreement to sign 3 Eagles RFC players

Heathens Rugby Football Club have announced that they have reached an agreement in principle with Kampani’s Eagles RFC for the transfers of Jason Nuwamanya, Yusuf Waiswa, and Keith Mugisha.

In a statement, the club confirmed that the three players have been cleared to begin pre-season training with Heathens but will remain eligible to feature for Eagles RFC until the official opening of the transfer window.

“This development marks another step in our continued commitment to strengthening our squad with quality talent. We are excited to welcome Jason, Yusuf, and Keith to the Heathens family as we prepare for the upcoming season,” the club stated.

The club further clarified that, “In line with the mutual understanding between the clubs, the players have been cleared to begin pre-season training with their new teammates at Heathens, while remaining available to represent Eagles RFC until the official opening of the transfer window, when the transfers shall be formally completed.”
