Nambale boys alongside Sikinga Secondary and Nambale Urban qualified for the Busia County school games to be staged later this month.
Nambale boys were ruthless in their campaign flooring all their opponents. They first fend off Sikinga Secondary 42-0 before defeating Igara Secondary 58-0. They closed their days’ business by defeating Nambale Urban 51-0.
In other matches played, Nambale Urban defeated Igara 12-7 before falling 12-0 to Sikinga. In the last match of the day, a determined Sikinga crossed over two times to defeat Igara 12-0 to confirm their slot in the county games.

In the girls category, Canon Awori Secondary put up a spirited fight to come from behind defeating Maolo Secondary 10-5 to clinch the sub-county title.
According to the match commissioner, three boys team and two girls team will proceed to the county games.
