Following the conclusion of Round 18, Premiership Rugby has revealed the make-up of the play-offs.
After finishing top of the Gallagher Premiership table, top seeds Bath Rugby will play at home against fourth-placed finshers Bristol Bears on Friday, June 6 at The Rec (7.45pm KO).

The second play-off tie will see second seeds Leicester Tigers host third-placed Sale Sharks at the Mattioli Woods Welford Road Stadium with the fixture scheduled for Saturday, June 7 (3.30pm KO).
