Kenyan sides Nondescripts and Strathmore Leos continued their perfect run at the inaugural Kampala 7s after registering back-to-back wins on Saturday at Kings Park Arena.
Meanwhile, home giants Heathens and Black Pirates remain without a win after two rounds of intense rugby sevens action.
KAMPALA 7s ROUND 2
In Round 2, Nondescripts shut out Mongers 19–00, building on their earlier 22–07 victory over Buffaloes to maintain a clean sheet and two wins from two. Strathmore Leos also stretched their unbeaten run by dispatching Buffaloes 24–10, having previously beaten Mongers 34–07 in Round 1. The two Kenyan sides now top Pool C and are set for a highly anticipated face-off in Round 3.
Ugandan side KOBs showed slight improvement but still fell short, losing 10–05 to the SA All Stars. Heathens managed to avoid defeat for the first time, securing a 17–17 draw against Emerging Cranes, but remain winless following their earlier 24–07 loss to the South Africans.

In Pool A, hosts Black Pirates continued to struggle, falling 10–05 to Warriors after a heavy 32–00 defeat to Shogun in the opening round. Rams, who had won their opener against Warriors, were unable to stop the free-scoring Shogun, losing 22–10 in their second outing.
