The Kenya Lionesses squad has been trimmed and finalized ahead of the Rugby Africa Women’s Cup set to take place in Madagascar from June 5 to 16.
Among the fresh inclusions are Katundu Ivonee, Kenya Harlequin Queens back rower Doris Kimani, and Northern Suburbs winger Yvette Oketch.

The squad retains key regulars including hooker Knight Otwoma, locks Phoebe Akinyi, Maureen Chebet (vice-captain), Naomi Jelegat, and team captain Enid Ouma.
Also making the final list are back-row duo Naomi Amuguni and Sheila Chajira—who recently joined Kenya Harlequin as a coach—alongside backline stalwarts Grace Okulu, Diana Awino, Freshia Awino, Christabel Lindo, Faith Livoi, Moreen Muritu, Stella Wafula, and fullback Sinaida Mokaya.

Kenya will begin their campaign against hosts Madagascar on June 7 at 3:00 PM EAT. They will then face defending champions South Africa on June 11 and wrap up the tournament against Uganda on June 15. Both final fixtures are scheduled to kick off at 1:00 PM EAT, with all matches being held at Stade Makis in Antananarivo.
