Namibia have announced their Under 20 squad for the U20 Barthes Trophy set to take place in Zimbabwe from 16 to 29 April 2025.

The squad features 15 forwards and 13 backs, as Namibia look to improve on past performances that have seen them fall short of reaching the final.

Four teams—Kenya U20, Zimbabwe, Namibia, and Tunisia—are set to battle for top honours in the continental showpiece, with matches scheduled across three matchdays at Old Hararians Sports Club in Harare.

Defending champions Kenya U20, also known as Chipu, will open the tournament against Tunisia at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, 19 April 2025. Hosts Zimbabwe will then take on Namibia in the second fixture of the day at 4:00 p.m.

Matchday two, set for Wednesday, 23 April, will see Kenya face Namibia at 1:00 p.m., followed by a 4:00 p.m. encounter between Zimbabwe and Tunisia.

The final day of action is scheduled for Sunday, 27 April. Namibia will play Tunisia at 12:00 p.m., before Zimbabwe and Kenya clash at 3:00 p.m. in what could be the title decider.
