The Kenya Secondary Schools Sports Association KSSSA National 15s Rugby Championships games are scheduled to kick off on Tuesday, April 8 at Shimo La Tewa High School.
The National Rugby Fifteens are divided into two different pools, featuring eight teams representing eight different regions.

The defending champions, All Saints Embu, are placed in Pool A alongside Serani, Upper Hill School, and Mang’u School. In Pool B, Marafa, Vihiga High School, Bwake Boys, and Kisii School will compete.
On Day One, Tuesday, April 8, 2025, Upper Hill will take on Mang’u, followed by Serani’s match against All Saints Embu, the defending champions. Later on, Marafa will face Bwake Boys, and Vihiga High School will go up against Kisii School.
On Wednesday, April 9, 2025, Kisii School will play Marafa, Vihiga High School will take on Bwake Boys, and All Saints Embu will face Upper Hill, while Serani will battle against Mang’u School.

Thursday, April 10, 2025, will feature Serani against Upper Hill, Mang’u School taking on All Saints Embu, and Marafa performing against Vihiga High School. The day will conclude with a match between Kisii School and Bwake Boys.
Friday, April 11, 2025, will be semifinal day, when the winner of Pool A will play the runner-up from Pool B, and the winner of Pool B will face the runner-up from Pool A.
Finally, on Saturday, April 12, 2025, the fifth day will showcase the playoffs and the finals of the National Rugby Fifteens Championships.
