Mang’u High School have emerged as champions of the Central Region, clinching the title following a 46-6 win over Kiarithaini.
The side defeated Pioneers 20-9, with standout performances from their key players: Leon Mbugua, Jeff Mburu, Fullmore Ilah, Rawland Odhiambo who contributed tries.
In the final match, Mang’u showcased their top talent again, dominating Kiarithaini with a remarkable performance.

Peter Mbugua,Brian Nyaga, Fullmore, Odhiambo, Leon Mbugua, Peter Ndung’u, Thairu, and Samuel Gachau had a try each while Ndung’u scored two conversions, leading Mang’u to a decisive victory of 46-6 against Kiarithainia.
Mang’u have now qualified for Nationals slated for Shanzu in Mombasa County.
