Kipchirchir earns maiden Menengai Oilers start as 8 are changed for Pirates date

Menengai Oilers have made eight changes to their starting lineup for their upcoming match against South Coast Pirates at Seacrest Grounds.

Key alterations include the replacement of Francis Atiti, Kevin Mukoyani, and Vincent Mwikhali, who have been moved from the starting XV.

They are replaced by Destrious Ifedha, Celestine Mboi, and Victor Were.

The locks remain unchanged, with Wallace Onyango and Charles Osgood continuing in the second row.

Fortune Aturo and Elkeans Musonye make way for Amos Obae and Samuel Were, with Nelson Makokha keeping his position in the back row.

Suspended Beldad Ogeta is replaced by Denis Abukuse, while Timothy Omela retains his position on the right wing.

For the first time this season, Samuel Ovwamu and Chrispine Shitundo will not partner in midfield, with Kenya’s Daniel Kipchirchir starting alongside Shitundo.

Notable absentees include Abutwalib Wesonga, who has been a regular starter this season.
