The semifinal pairings for the 2025 edition of the Enterprise Cup have been confirmed, following the quarterfinals held on Saturday, February 8, 2025, which included several walkovers.
Menengai Oilers will face Nondescript in the first semifinal after advancing due to a walkover against Homeboyz in the quarterfinals. Similarly,
Nondies progressed without playing, as South Coast Pirates forfeited their match in another quarterfinal encounter.
In what promises to be an exciting encounter Kabras are set to battle KCB in the other semifinal with Kabras RFC having secured the semis slot after a 43-20 win over Kenya Harlequin at the Kakamega Showground, while KCB rugby delivered a commanding performance against Catholic Monks, clinching an 86-7 at the KCB Sports Club.

This year’s Enterprise Cup has encountered challenges similar of its much-anticipated returns in 2023 and 2024, with multiple teams forfeiting their fixtures.
In the pre-quarterfinals held on December 14, 2024, three walkovers were recorded where Kabras RFC was awarded a 28-0 victory when Kisumu RFC failed to show up for their match.
Blak Blad also forfeited their trip to the coast, granting South Coast Pirates a 28-0 walkover and Homeboyz RFC also benefited from a walkover after MMUST RFC failed to honor their fixture.
A significant change in this year’s tournament scheduling is that the Enterprise Cup now runs concurrently with the Kenya Cup season, whereas previously it was held after the conclusion of the 15s season.
The semifinals are set for March 15, with the final scheduled for April 19, 2025.
