Kenya 7s have secured first win in the Cape Town 7s managing a comeback to beat Australia 19-12.
Kenya were first to concede under high pressure from the Australian side to make the score 5-0 after a missed conversion
Australia managed to maintain their composure and pressing hard on the Kenyan defence to secure a second try which was converted to stretch their lead 12-5.

In the dying minutes of the first half, Kenya managed to close in the gap with Ooro making the first carry before Adoyo trying a dummy for the white wash which was countered.
The ball was made available for Wekesa to offload to Asati who sent the ball wide to Wekesa for a try which was successfully converted by Nygel Amaitsa to narrow the gap 7-12.
In the second half of the match, Kenya dominated the Australian half before Abukuse was tackled without ball to earn Kenya a penalty try stretching the Shujaa side 14-12.
Kenya managed to stretch their lead after George Ooro took his chance off a counter ruck to score 19-12.
Kenya will face off Spain at 3:16 pm (EAT) in the second pool match to fight for a semifinal spot.
