The 2024/25 KRU Championship season will kick off this weekend with six matches set for Saturday November 16, 2024 from 1:00 p.m.
Former Kenya Cup side Homeboyz RFC will start their life in the KRU Championship in the early kick off match against Zetech Oaks who are set for their second stint in the competition following promotion last season.
KRU Championship debut
Homeboyz relegated last season after 13 years will make their KRU Championship debut at RFUEA grounds on Saturday.
Another former Kenya Cup side CUEA Monks will be hosting the newly promoted TUM Marines at CUEA pavillion kick off 3:00 pm.
Former Kenya Cup champions Mean Machine will travel to MMUST grounds to play their host MMUST.
This will be a repeat of the 2019/20 match which saw win to reach their maiden Kenya Cup.

Daystar Falcons will host USIU Martials at Daystar University Athi River as they seek to start off strongly.
UoE Trojans are set to travel to Bullring to face their host Western Bulls while Mombasa SC will travel to Nairobi to play JKUAT Cougars at JKUAT Juja.
