Shogun Rugby has named its women’s squad for the 2024 Safari 7s, with the inclusion of three standout Ugandan players.
Charlotte Mudoola, Suzan Adong, and Juliet Nandawula are the players picked. These players shone in the National 7s Series and will be part of Shogun’s first-ever women’s team to compete in the Safari 7s, having previously only fielded a men’s squad.
The team also features a strong contingent of Great Britain players, including Caitlin Lewis, Hannah Powell, Carmel Fitzgerald, Mary Nelson, Danai Mugabe, Megan Gaffney, and Paige Jones. Australia’s Tiarne Cavanagh adds international flair to the roster.
