Blak Blad has appointed winger Shuaib Wesonga as their captain for the upcoming Christie 7s tournament at RFUEA Grounds this Saturday and Sunday.
Wesonga will lead the team with Claude Nyamiro serving as his assistant. The squad also includes Kelvin Gathu, Ian Kitutu, Benjamin Rugar, Derrick Masese, and Arthur Wanjohi.
The 12-man squad is completed by Meja Mulongo, Douglas Sifuna, Derrick Olela, and Dennis Odhiambo, with Daniel Oyoo named as the 13th player.
Blak Blad is set to compete in Pool A, where they will face Strathmore Leos, Kenya Harlequin, and Daystar Falcons.

In addition, Catholic Monks have announced their squad for the tournament. Samuel Omollo, the top points scorer for Catholic Monks in the 15s season, headlines the lineup.
He is joined by Victor Omupere, Hassan Wambani, Felix Okumu, Samuel Owino, Philip Walukhona, Isaac Kubasu, Felix Omondi, and Brian Nyamboki.
Catholic Monks will compete in Pool B, taking on Kabras Sugar, Nakuru RFC, and Kisumu RFC in their group-stage matches.
