The road to Kenya Cup relegation battle intensifies this weekend as the KRU Championship league enters its match day 10 action over the weekend
In form and immediate former Kenya Cup side MMUST will be battling it out with their home town side and a former Kenya cup side Western Bulls at the Masinde Muliro University grounds.
The match which is a derby will be a tricky one for both sides as MMUST are seeking a home semi final slot as on the other side Western Bulls will be seeking to win the game to have a spot in the play offs.
In another match it will be an all university affair as Daystar Falcons welcome USIU Martials in their home tuff in Athi River.
Daystar who are on a fine run of winning will be out to continue wth their streak and make sure they have a home semi final in their road to Kenya cup.
Struggling University of Nairobi, Mean Machine will be playing host to Coast Based Mombasa RFC at the University of Nairobi grounds.
Machine who sit at the bottom of the log will be seeeking for a win.
UOE Trojans will be travelling all the way down to the coast to face off with South Coast Pirates at the Sea Crest Gardens.
Kabarak University will be heading to the city to face off with Impala.
Impala who are eyeing to go back to the Kenya Cup will be out to win the game to cement their spot in the play offs at the end of the regular season.
