Koyonzo High Rugby head coach Eliud Okwemba has named his final squad for the KSSSA National Rugby 7s games scheduled for Kakamega High School this week.
Poul Angura, Miracle Kiptoo, Rodgers Alukwe and Ali Omar have made the cut and will be making their maiden appearance in the Nationals for the defending Champions.
Koyonzo High retain seven
Okwemba has retained skipper Darrell Omondi, Eric Simiyu, Jackson Siketa, Joseph Jibril, Tiberius Khisa, Kevin Otieno Maiche and under-17 captain Brandon Mulefu who were all part of the squad that helped the Kakamega County-based side win the National 7s title last year.
Koyonzo will be making their second appearance in the Nationals and will be hoping to win the title back-to-back.
Koyonzo retained the Western Region Title following a 17-7 win over Vihiga High School and will be keen to carry the fine form to the Nationals.
